You can avoid AdSense Meltdown by remembering a few simple rules. The main one is that Google likes you to play by their rules so in order to keep your AdSense account that is exactly what you have to do!
Here are some of the easiest to forget!
1) Simple and straight forward if you open an account do not click on your own ads! Yes it may be tempting but do not do it. It is strictly against Google's Terms of Conditions. This is classed as Click Fraud. They also have regular checks for any click abuse.
2) Do not click on other publishers ads. This is also against Google Terms of Conditions. Why that should be I'll never know because you could well be a potential customer!
3) Do not encourage friends or members of your family to click on your ads!Doing this is also against Google's Conditions as you are required to not encourage ad clicks
4) Do not tell friends or relatives that you have a site's with AdSense ads. The reason for this is purely because friends and relatives may be tempted to click on them too in a misguided attempt to help you.
5) Do not place ads on sites that they do not like e.g. Gambling or sex sites! Here they just do not allow their ads because they do not like to encourage gambling in any way, shape or form or adult, mature or pornographic sex sites
6) Use ads that blend in with your site and preferably text ads. If you blend your ads on your site to match the context and surroundings as far as you can within Google's guidelines your visitor will be less overwhelmed than if suddenly faced with a load of intrusive ads
7) Use Banner or Tower ads sparingly and only if you can blend them in well. These can be blended in when care is taken in designing the site from the beginning.
8) Do not spam to get people to your site's. Under Google's Conditions they do not like you spamming and neither does anyone else apart from spammers so there is no point doing it.
9) Do not try to remove or cover the Ads By Google sign. Trying to hide the fact that they are Google ads will also get your account terminated so as above just try to be as subtle as possible when blending them in.
